Binghamton Police are reporting a second arrest in a daytime drive-by shooting incident on Murray Street May 23.

27 year old Miguel Erazo-Pica now joins his brother, 29 year old Jeffrey Gabriel Sanchez-Pica in being charged with attempted murder.  No one was injured in the shooting.

Witnesses said a white sport utility vehicle slowed down in the neighborhood and several shots were fired at an apartment house where residents, including children, were on the porch.

One vehicle reportedly was hit by gunfire.

Binghamton Mayor Richard David said the shooting was not random but believed to be in retaliation for an earlier incident.

The investigation is continuing.  Anyone with information can contact Detectives at (607) 772-7080.
