A Binghamton man is being held in the Broome County Jail without bail after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say he sold two bundles of heroin to a person on  Roosevelt Avenue in Endicott.

20 year old Christopher Howell is charged with felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities say in addition to the 20 bags of the drug Howell reportedly sold, they found him in possession of another three bags when they arrested him.

All 23 bags of heroin were recovered.

Howell was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
