Broome Man Charged With Child Porn

A Broome County man is accused of promoting child pornography.

52 year old Richard Fidurski was arrested by New York State Police December 21.  Authorities say they found he illegally possessed and uploaded child pornography at his home in the Town of Chenango.

Fidurski is charged with felony promoting a sexual performance of a child under 17 years old and felony possessing a sexual performance of a child under 17 years old.

The arrest occurred following an investigation by members of the New York State Police Computer Crime Unit.

Fidurski was sent to the Broome County Jail with no bail set.
