Broome Jail Inmates Accused Of Pill Possession

Two Broome County jail inmates have been charged with promoting prison contraband.

Authorities say 38-year-old Erin Fralick of Johnson City and 43-year-old David Silva of Harpursville were arrested after they were found to be in possession of pills.

Fralick faces four counts of the felony charge while Silva faces one count.

Fralick was booked into jail in the town of Dickinson for an alleged probation violation.

Silva was brought to the jail on a petit larceny charge.
