Police say a Kirkwood man faces a felony charge after he was found to be in possession of a stolen tablet computer.

Investigators say 24-year-old Dillon Fuller had an Apple iPad on Broad Avenue in Binghamton.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the device had been reported stolen from a vehicle in the Town of Fenton.

Fuller was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Police say Fuller was arrested on Monday, February 1, four days after the iPad was taken. He was issued an appearance ticket for Binghamton City Court.
