Broome County Library to Host C-SPAN Bus

The Broome County Public Library will host the C-SPAN bus, an interactive multimedia learning center, on Thursday September 12th from 8:30 to 10AM.

The bus is currently showcasing an exhibit based on C-SPAN's new original series entitled First Ladies: Influence and Image. Visitors to the mobile exhibit will be able to utilize touchscreen computers to access C-SPAN's many websites, including the Video Library, C-SPAN Classroom, Congressional Chronicle, and Book TV. Guests will also be able to test their knowledge of public affairs through quizzes and also learn about StudentCam.

The bus will be located in the Broome County Public Library's parking lot at 185 Court Street in Binghamton.  More information about the bus' visit can be obtained by calling the Library at 607.778.6400.
