Authorities say 19-year-old Emmanuel Peterson is suspected in a December 18 robbery at a Manley's Mighty Mart store on Downs Avenue in the town of Dickinson.
According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Peterson is accused of displaying a gun and ordering the clerk to hand over money from a cash register.
Peterson has been charged with felony robbery in connection with that heist. He already faced an identical charge for a December 7 robbery at a Manley's Mighty Mart store on Riverside Drive in Johnson City.
In that incident, a gun-wielding man locked an employee inside a store office.
