Bronx Parolee Charged in Binghamton Shooting
A Downstate man is being held in Broome County after City of Binghamton Police received a report of gunshots fired August 22nd on the North Side.
29 year old Roger Griffin, who is a state parolee from the Bronx was arrested a few days later.
Police were called to the corner of Morgan and Chenango Streets shortly before 11 p.m. Investigators say they recovered 12 gage shotgun shells and shell casings from a 9mm gun.
Griffin is charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
