Bronx Man Tries to Pass Forged Prescription in Cortlandville

A Bronx man is accused of attempting to use a forged prescription in order to get 60 pills of a narcotic drug from the Cortlandville Walmart. 

The Pharmacist called the doctor named on the ‘script’ while 21 year old Leroy Mensah waited for his prescription and determined the prescription was fake. 

Mensah is charged with felony possession of a forged instrument, attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of stolen property.
