Bronx Man Arrested For Selling Heroin To Undercover Officer

A downstate man is accused of trying to sell eighty bags of Heroin to an undercover officer in Delaware County.

The county's Drug Enforcement Unit has arrested 27-year-old Miguel Santiago of the Bronx after he reportedly tired to sell the drugs to an officer in the Village of Walton.

Sheriff's Deputies were assisted by the Walton Police Department and the New York State Police K-9 Unit.

Santiago was sent to the Delaware County Jail on fifty thousand dollars bail.
