Broken Line Disrupts Some Binghamton Water Service

Water service to part of a neighborhood on Binghamton's South Side was interrupted February 17 because of a broken line.

Some water customers in the area of the problem at Park and Corbett avenues were affected.

City workers isolated the break in a four-inch line and made repairs.

One lane of Park Avenue was closed while the work was underway. Crews directed traffic around the site.
