Break for Area Teams

As the Christmas holiday weekend approaches college basketball and pro hockey in our area pause for time with family and friends.  Both Binghamton University basketball teams and the Binghamton Senators are idle this weekend.

The B-Sens are back in action Monday night, December 26 when they host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at 7:05.  Those same Penguins make the trip up 81-North on December 31 for Binghamton's traditional New Year's Eve contest.  This game begins an hour earlier at 6:05 PM.

Both Binghamton Basketball teams are taking a break over the Christmas weekend. The BU women played last Monday at Ohio University.  They return to campus on Monday to resume practice and prepare for their final non-conference game on Friday, December 30 versus Georgian Court at 2 PM.

Binghamton's men's team is also off until resuming practice on Monday, December 26.  They will prepare for their last non-conference game as well.  That is also December 30 at 4 PM as they host Marywood at the Events Center.
