Pennsylvania State Police say a 20 year old Bradford County man is dead after his car collided with a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation snow plow.

Authorities say 20 year old Kamron Conklin of Rome was driving north on State Route 187 at around 3:42 p.m. January 30 when he lost control of the 2005 Ford Focus and crossed into the southbound lane.  The car hit the PenDOT plow on the passenger side.  After the impact, the car traveled south, coming to rest facing west in the southbound lane.

The Troopers did not mention if there was any injury to the driver of the plow.
