A Bradford County man was sent to jail after Pennsylvania state police seized marijuana from his home.

Investigators say 42-year-old Timothy Blood was arrested after police received a tip that there was marijuana at his residence on Oak Hill Road in Wilmot township.

Authorities say Blood gave police permission to search his Wyalusing home.

Police say marijuana was found in a suitcase brought out of the residence.

A search of the home then resulted in the confiscation of "numerous bags and bins" of dried marijuana plants and pounds of dried marijuana.

Blood was arraigned before a district magistrate who ordered him held in Bradford County Jail on $25,000 bail.
