Bradford County Homicide

A Wyalusing man has been arrested in the death of his mother.

Pennsylvania State Police at Towanda say 38-year-old Matthew Haverly is charged with Criminal Homicide and Abuse of a Corpse.

Troopers say the body of 61-year-old Patricia Haverly...also of Wyalusing...was discovered Thursday in Wyalusing Creek near Routes 706 and 406.

Matthew Haverly was arraigned Friday before Magistrate Todd Carr and sent to the Bradford County Correctional Facility.
