Bogus Water Dept. Worker Tampers With Bradford Co. Man’s Phone

Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a man who claimed to work for the water company and got into an 80 year old Canton man’s home.

Troopers say the man distracted the victim, telling him to check his water pressure then tampered with the man’s phone jack.

The initial suspect is white, stands six feet, two inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds.  He left with a Hispanic man in a white pickup truck.

The truck had a circular tool box in the bed.
