Binghamton Mayor And Predecessor Discuss Roundabout

Binghamton Mayor Richard David and his predecessor, Matthew Ryan, had a spirited and spontaneous conversation about the downtown roundabout and a few other matters on WNBF Radio's Binghamton Now program Tuesday.

Ryan, who now lives in Ithaca, called to respond to some of the comments David made during his regularly-scheduled appearance on the program.
