Binghamton Martial Arts Master Frank Kushner recently received another in a long line of honors with his induction into the World Karate Union Hall of Fame.  The induction took place in the Poconos in Pennsylvania last month.

Kushner who owns FMK Karate , 762 Chenango Street in Binghamton has been training and instructing in karate and the martial arts for over 42 years. He has been a top-rated international Karate competitor as well as a highly regarded instructor.  He is a multi-year USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee as well as a Broome County Sheriff's Department advisor for self defense and personal safety.

Kushner is on the Board of Directors of two World Wide Martial Arts Halls of Fame. At his school he instructs students of all ages. Students learn the value of karate and martial arts training for self defense, health and sport.  During his instruction he also emphasizes respect for others and increased confidence and self esteem.
