The Binghamton Bearcats women's basketball team is in Hartford tonight to take on the  Hawks in a 7 PM start (airtime at 6:45 on 1360 AM WYOS).  Binghamton comes in with an America East record of 1-4 while the Hawks are 3-2 in conference action.

The Bearcats are trying to rebound after being defeated 66-36 by the Albany Great Danes on Monday.  Hartford topped UMass Lowell 80-76 on the road in its last last outing on Monday night.

BU will count on another strong game from its leading scorer Sherae Swinson who averages 10.5 points per game.  The Hawks are paced by Cherelle Moore who notches an average of 9.9 points per contest.

Hartford holds a large edge in the all-time series with a record of 21-7 versus the Bearcats.  The teams split two regular season meetings last year and then the Hawks knocked Binghamton out of the America East Tournament last March with a 68-53 final.
