A Binghamton woman is charged with five felony drug-related counts after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force searched a Chenango Street home.

Authorities say Amber Westmoreland was found outside the home and officers seized 133 glassine envelopes containing heroin, about 23.9 grams of loose powder heroin, $600, packaging materials and a vehicle.

Westmoreland is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
