Binghamton Woman Accused of Stealing Neighbor’s Debit Card

A Binghamton woman is accused of stealing her neighbor’s debit card and making cash withdrawals totaling around $1,3000 over a two week period.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials were contacted when the victim looked over her bank statement and noticed the withdrawals.

21 year old Marissa Ribarsky was arrested November 18 on Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango and charged with felony grand larceny.

She was sent to the Broome County Jail to await action in Broome County Court.
