Pre-registration is being accepted for a November 6th program to discuss the relationship between the Greater Binghamton area and Binghamton University.

The final program in a three part series on college towns hosted by the SUNY Business and Education Cooperative of the Southern Tier, otherwise known as SUNY BEST, is being held at 10 a-m in room 220 of the Binghamton University Downtown Center on Washington Street, Binghamton.

The presentation that will feature John Gutenberger, who is the senior advisor to the Office of Community Relations at Cornell, is free and open to the public.
