The Binghamton Mets announced today a new four-year player development deal with the New York Mets and will remain their affiliate through the 2016 season.

Team President Mike Urda said that he was very pleased to continue the affiliation with the New York Mets.  Next year will mark the twenty-second year that the Binghamton Mets have been under a player development deal with the Mets organization.

The B-Mets wrap up their 2012 campaign this weekend with four games at home versus the Trenton Thunder.  Tickets are still available for all four games.
