Binghamton Shooting Victim Succombs to Wounds
A Binghamton man, who was shot in the leg near his home December 9th, has died.
City of Binghamton Police detectives say 37 year old Daniel Miley died at around 10:45 p.m. December 20th as a result of complications from the gunshot wound.
Miley was found lying along the street in the area of Chapin Street and Gerard Avenue at around 3:30 a.m. on the 9th.
