Binghamton Shooting Leaves Man Critically Injured

City of Binghamton police are investigating a shooting on the West side.

At around 3:30 Sunday morning, authorities were called to the area of Chapin street and Gerard Avenue and found Daniel Miley lying along the street.

Miley was taken to Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center where he underwent emergency surgery. He was last reported in critical condition.

There have been no arrests and no information on the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
