The Binghamton Senators defeated the Lehigh Valley Phantoms at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena 3-2.  Lehigh Valley is the National Hockey League affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Coming into the game the Phantoms were two points behind Binghamton in the East Division.  The B-Sens were in third place with 25 points and a record of 11-9-2-1 while Lehigh Valley was 10-9-2-1.  Wilkes-Barre/Scranton is in first place in the division with 30 points with Hershey right behind with 28 points. Binghamton travels to Hershey December 13  to face the Bears at 7 PM.

The B-Sens are home for two games December 19-20.  They host Springfield on Friday night and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Saturday evening.  Both games start at 7:05 PM.
