Binghamton Senators Have A Big Weekend Ahead
The Binghamton Senators have a pair of home games this weekend and with the regular season winding down every point becomes large as teams fight for a playoff spot. Heading into the weekend the B-Sens trail Syracuse by two points in the AHL's East Division with Syracuse earning 86 points and Binghamton 84 points.
The B-Sens host the Adirondack Phantoms tonight at 7:05 PM and then host Wilkes-Barre/Scranton tomorrow evening at 7:05 as well. The Penguins are also in the hunt for a top playoff spot with 73 points. Binghamton dropped a 4-2 decision at Wilkes-Barre Scranton on Wednesday evening.
It's Zoo Night tonight at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. The ZooMobile will be present, allowing fans to see an armadillo, Amazon Parrot, a ball python and other animals from the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park. Various souvenir items will also be on display in a silent auction to benefit the Zoo.
