The Binghamton Senators cliched a playoff spot last night even though they lost an overtime game in Hershey 1-0.  All they needed was one point.  Now, with three games to go on the regular season schedule, the B-Sens hope to clinch the top spot in the East Division.  Heading into the final week of the regular campaign Wilkes-Barre/Scranton leads the East Division with 92 points.  Binghamton is in with 91 points followed by Hershey and Norfolk with 86 points apiece.  The Penguins have played one more game than the B-Sens, Bears and Admirals.

Binghamton will conclude the regular season with three consecutive home games.  On Wednesday night the Toronto Marlies will visit.  They check in with 92 points, tops in the North Division.
