A Binghamton man who admitted placing a baby in scalding hot water, causing serious injuries, will not have his sentence reduced.25 year old Christopher Chisholm's appeal, claiming his four year prison sentence and three year post-release supervision was excessive, has been thrown out in Broome County Court.
