Police: Binghamton West Side Man Reported Missing

Detectives are trying to determine what happened to a resident of Binghamton's West Side who has not been seen in nearly three weeks.

City police say they are investigating the disappearance of 63-year-old David Tarby.

Authorities says Tarby was last seen on January 22 at his apartment on Haendel Street. They say there are "no suspicious circumstances at this time" in the case.

Investigators are asking people with information about Tarby's whereabouts to contact the Binghamton police detective bureau at 607.772.7080.
