Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Binghamton Mayor Richard David's office says a review by law firm Coughlin and Gerhart concerning City Police Department operations finds no legal wrong-doing or implications against Chief Joseph Zikuski.

Zikuski had been on Administrative Leave since a patrol officer accused him of sexually harassing her. The Mayor's office says the chief will return to his job.

Kristi Sager filed a sexual discrimination complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights claiming Zikuski made several sexual advances to her, both on and off the job, and retaliated by having her suspended for misconduct, allegedly as revenge for being rebuffed. Those allegations have since been dropped.

Sager is to resume her duties on patrol after agreeing to a period of suspension without pay.
