Binghamton police are now releasing the names of the two men and woman arrested in downtown Binghamton October 7 for manufacturing methamphetamine as theater-goers were passing by on their way to a show at the Forum Theater.

Authorities say 55 year old Earl Sessions of Marathon, 24 year old James Lynch of Lisle and 35 year old Trisha Race of Lisle are charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

Police responded to Court and State Streets at around 7 p.m. after a routine traffic stop uncovered what were believed to be meth making materials in the vehicle.

The three were sent to the Broome County Jail.

The suspect vehicle, meanwhile, remained parked in a loading zone in front of a bank near the corner of Court and State Streets until late morning on October 10.
