Tonight's scheduled Binghamton Mets game versus the Erie SeaWolves at NYSEG Stadium has been postponed because of rain.  The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow (Wednesday) beginning at 5:35 PM.

The B-Mets will throw two of their best at the SeaWolves tomorrow.  Greg Peavey will start the first game while Matt Bowman will start the nightcap.  Peavey is 9-2 with a 2.58 ERA.  Bowman is 7-6 with a 3.11 ERA.

Binghamton currently trails the Portland Sea Dogs by 2 games in the race for the lead in the Eastern Division of the Eastern League.  The B-Mets have two games in hand on Portland.  They do not meet again during the regular season.

With the postponement of tonight's game the scheduled Binghamton Mets Booster Club meeting has also been postponed.  That has now been set for August 26 beginning at 4:30 PM at NYSEG Stadium before the B-Mets host the New Britain Rock Cats.
