The Binghamton Mets are looking for a sweep of their three-game series tonight when they meet the Reading Fightin' Phils at NYSEG Stadium at 6:35 (air at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Last night Brandon Nimmo hit his first career Double-A home run to power the B-Mets to a 2-0 victory.

Greg Peavey threw six innings of shutout baseball to up his B-Mets record to 6-1.  Severino Gonzalez saw his record drop to 4-9 with the loss for Reading. Cody Satterwhite got the save for Binghamton..

With last night's win the B-Mets upped their home record to 28-13 and moved to 45-32 overall on the season. The B-Mets are 8-2 in their last 10 games.  Heading into tonight's action Binghamton is five games behind the Portland Sea Dogs in the Eastern Division of the Eastern League.

Tyler Pill is tonight's scheduled B-Mets starter while Hoby Milner gets the ball for Reading.  Following tonight's contest the B-Mets head to Altoona for an eight game road trip.
