The Binghamton Mets host the Reading Fightin' Phils in the second game of their three-game series at NYSEG Stadium tonight at 6:35 (air at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Last night Binghamton rocked Reading pitchers for 12 runs including four home runs to top the Fightin' Phils 12-8.  Brian Burgamy smacked a pair of homers while Travis Taijeron unloaded on a three-run home run and Dustin Lalley cracked a solo shot for the B-Mets.  Jon Velasquez earned the win in relief.

Outfielder Juan Lagares went 2-4 as he continues his rehabilitation stint in Binghamton.  Lagares is recovering from a right intercostal strain suffered on June 1.

Binghamton has been red-hot with victories in 12 of the last 14 games and upping the home slate to 27-13 at NYSEG Stadium.  Overall the B-Mets are 44-32 while Reading comes into tonight's action at 33-40.

Greg Peavey is tonight's scheduled starter for the B-Mets while Severino Gonzalez  will be on the hill for the Fightin' Phils.  Peavey is 5-1 and Gonzalez checks in at 4-8.
