The Binghamton Mets get the sweep in a three game series in Portland, Maine.

April 28 Binghamton completed a suspended game with an 11-7 victory and then went on to win the nightcap 7-1.  The twin wins put the B-Mets record at 11-8 while Portland fell to 7-12.

The B-Mets sealed the deal April 29 with an 8-3 trouncing of the Dog, including a home-run call that got Portland's coach tossed following an argument with the refs. about whether the shot was out of bounds.
