Binghamton Mets Defeat Richmond – Again

The Binghamton Mets now lead their best-of-five Eastern League championship series against the Richmond Flying Squirrels, 2-0.

The B-Mets defeated the Squirrels Wednesday night in Richmond, 5-1.

With that victory, Binghamton could win the championship series at home Friday night. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:05. The pregame show on News Radio 1290 WNBF will start at 6:50.

If the B-Mets don't win Friday, Game Four of the series is scheduled to start at 7:05 Saturday night. If the series runs to a fifth game, that contest is to begin at 6:05 Sunday evening.
