Binghamton Mets Bring It Home
The Binghamton Mets begin a seven-game homestand tonight at NYSEG Stadium when they host the Akron RubberDucks . The B-Mets return home after dropping two out of three games in Harrisburg.
The B-Mets send\t right-hander Michael Fulmer to the mound against another right-hander, Will Roberts. Fulmer is 1-0 while Roberts is 2-1. In Fulmer's last start he gave up three runs in six innings of work and did not factor in the decision. Roberts has no-decisions in his last four outings.
Binghamton has had good success against Akron over the past two seasons. The B-Mets have won 12 of their last 14 games against the RubberDucks including a 5-2 slate this season. The B-Mets are 22-18 heading into the series while the RubberDucks are 18-22.
The teams meet in another 7:05 game May 23. Game three in the series begins at 6:33 p.m. May 24 and concludes on Monday with a 1:05 start. Binghamton remains home to face the Portland Sea Dogs next Tuesday through Thursday.
