Binghamton Men’s Soccer Home Tonight

The Binghamton Bearcats men's soccer team will host the Army Black Knights at 7 PM tonight at the Bearcats Sports Complex.  BU comes into tonight's contest at 2-2-0.  Army is 1-1-1.  Last weekend BU split a pair of games in Pittsburgh at the Duquesne Invitational.  Binghamton lost to Duquesne 3-2 on Friday night and defeated Niagara University 2-0 on Sunday.

Army is coming off a scoreless deadlock against the Air Force Academy.  The Black Knights only win was against St. Joseph's 1-0.

The two schools have met only once before and that turned into a 2-1 Bearcats' win in September, 2012.  Sophomore forward Alex Varkatzas had a big weekend scoring a goal in each game and that puts his point total at four.

In honor of Army visiting the Bearcats Sports Complex there will be a recognition ceremony for all military personnel in attendance.
