Binghamton Man Charged with Sexual Abuse

Police have arrested a man after he allegedly had sexual contact with an unconscious 19-year-old woman at a Broome County residence.

Authorities say 18-year-old Paul Morris of the Town of Binghamton was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Morris was accused in connection with an incident that is said to have occurred in early June in the Town of Binghamton.

Morris was arraigned in Conklin town court and released on his own recognizance.
