Binghamton Man Charged With DWI at Drive-Through
Johnson City Police say a Binghamton man is accused of drunk driving after they got a report May 21 of someone yelling at employees at the Harry L. Drive McDonald's drive-through.
Police say 26 year old Brandon Ritter’s blood alcohol content was measured at .18%, more than twice the legal limit.
Ritter is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle since his license had been suspended and three traffic infractions.
He’s been ordered to appear in Johnson City Village Court in June.
