Binghamton Man Charged In Tioga Domestic Dispute

Tioga County sheriff's deputies arrested a Binghamton man following a reported domestic incident in the town of Owego.

Authorities say 28-year-old Heath Woodruff of Brook Avenue was charged with assault and criminal trespass.

Investigators say Woodruff was accused of forcing his way into a residence and assaulting a person.

Woodruff was arraigned in Owego town court. He was sent to Tioga County Jail on $500 bail.

Woodruff was ordered to appear in the town court May 8.
