Man Charged in Binghamton Rape Investigation

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Binghamton man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault on the city's South Side.

Authorities say 27-year-old Terrell Brown has been charged with first-degree rape and first-degree burglary.

Investigators say Brown is a suspect in an incident that occurred at a Conklin Avenue residence shortly after 3 a.m. on June 12.
