Johnson City police say they've arrested a man in connection with the theft of items from two village stores.
Authorities say 28-year-old Joshua Olivera of Binghamton has been charged with grand larceny and petit larceny.
Investigators say Olivera is suspected of stealing more than $3,000 worth of computers from the Walmart store on Gannett Drive.
They say he's also believed to have taken $590 worth of property from the Sears store in the Oakdale Mall on Harry L Drive.
Olivera was arraigned in Johnson City village court and sent to Broome County Jail.
