Johnson City police say a Binghamton resident faces felony counts following the discovery of cocaine in a vehicle pulled over on Main Street.

Authorities say 27-year-old Todd Holton was arrested after the weekend traffic stop.

According to village police, an officer stopped a vehicle driven by Holton around 8:40 p.m. Saturday.

Police determined that Holton's driving privileges had been suspended. He was found to be in possession of about 12 grams of crack cocaine, some of which was individually packaged.

Holton also possessed $230 which police seized as suspected drug proceeds.

Holton was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.

Holton was arraigned and sent to Broome County Jail.
