The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says it has confiscated methamphetamine, marijuana and several prescription narcotics following a search of a  Binghamton man’s home.

Authorities say they searched the Hawley Street home of 21 year old Hamza Syed  October 31.

In addition to the meth and 311 grams of pot, officials say they found Rivotril (which is a drug that has sedative and hypnotic properties), Zanax and Adderall, 20 grams of cocaine, 50 plastic vials of Ketamine (a sedative) and a scale and packaging material.

Syed is charged with four felony drug possession counts and lesser counts.
