Binghamton Man Arrested at Conklin Apartment Complex

A Binghamton man is charged with felony burglary after New York State Police responded to a report about a suspicious man in the lobby of an apartment complex on Conklin Road in Conklin at 8:07 a.m. February 21.

33 year old on James McNeilly was also charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after troopers say he became irate, screamed at officers and kicked and damaged part of a patrol car computer.

Investigators say they determined McNeilly entered the complex without permission and stole keys.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
