City of Binghamton Police say 38 year old Antonio Jenkins of Binghamton is accused of stabbing his half-brother to death during a domestic dispute at an apartment building on the West Side shortly after 4 p.m. July 16.

City Police say Jenkins was arrested at around 10:30 that night and charged with felony manslaughter.

Jenkins is accused of stabbing 22 year old James Williams in the chest.  Williams died a short time later in the operating room at Wilson Hospital.

Police say Jenkins and his half-brother are from Queens and Williams had been living in Binghamton for about three months.
