Binghamton Man Accused of Sexually Abusing Toddler

A 73 year old Binghamton man is accused of sexually abusing a three year old child in his home over the past month. 

David Hovancik was arrested yesterday in the Town of Binghamton and charged with felony sexual abuse.

Hovancik was sent to the Broome County jail without bail following his arraignment in Town of Binghamton Court.
