Binghamton Man Accused of Sex Abuse

A Binghamton man is being charged with felony sexual abuse for allegedly having sexual contact with a girl under the age of 16 over several years. 

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 47 year old Roy Rogers was arrested December 10 in the Town of Dickinson and released after posting $1,000.

In addition to the Sheriff’s office, the case was investigated by Broome County Child Protective Services and the Broome County District Attorney.
